Porcelain Veneers
Do you have a chipped or misaligned tooth?

Porcelain veneers are thin tooth-coloured porcelain (ceramic) shells carefully crafted and then bonded to the front of unsightly teeth. They cover the front surface of teeth and are commonly used to give teeth a more pleasing shape and colour. They are also a more conservative treatment than a crown and can often be used as an alternative if the underlying tooth is strong and healthy. They are most often placed on front teeth.
Veneers can be excellent for treating chipped, discoloured, slightly misaligned or misshapen teeth, or even for gaps between the teeth. A tooth that is too small or has irregularities can be successfully treated with a veneer.
Our veneers are hand fabricated in Perth by our local dental laboratory.

Here is how they work

-
A veneer is a very thin tooth-coloured piece of porcelain (like a false fingernail, but more durable) that is stuck on top of your own tooth.
-
Based on your needs, the shape and size of the veneers can be adjusted to make the overall look of your teeth longer or closer together.
-
You can have just one veneer fitted or a whole set – often known as a smile makeover.
